Payment can be made by check, credit card, or Venmo prior to shipping.

All payments are processed at time of shipment.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.  Existing Customers will be notified of any changes in pricing to their order being shipped.

We ship 5-10 days from order date, however turnaround times may vary. 

Retailer is responsible for all shipping costs, this will be charged at time of shipment and included on final invoice.

Until our spaceships are ready, we ship via USPS priority mail unless previously discussed.  Should you wish for us to ship using your existing UPS or FedEx account, please provide account details with your order.

For international orders, all shipping fees and import/export costs are the responsibility of the retailer.

black line rainbows is not responsible for any carrier delays nor damage.

Please contact us, via email or phone, within 24 hours of placing your order for any changes to your order.

If items are damaged in shipping, we will endeavor to accept returns for credit or exchange if reported within 5 days of receipt.  Please contact us prior to returning any items.  All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

All shipping to and fro is retailer's responsibility.

You will be notified if any items you have ordered are backordered.

Once items are back in stock we will ship immediately.

All of black line rainbows products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.  Any sets may not be broken up and sold individually.

When selling our products online, "Made by black line rainbows" must be included in the product description.

Retailers may not sell black line rainbows products to 3rd party online platforms such as ebay, Amazon, Etsy, but not limited to these listed.

If you are receiving press for your store using our products, please credit "black line rainbows" and inform us the name of the media outlet, publication date, website.

We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale accounts not in compliance with the above terms.
